Who's the ideal Avoxan client?
Service businesses doing $250K–$5M a year. Coaches, consultants, dentists, lawyers, real-estate teams, photographers, contractors, fitness studios, accountants. People who get clients through their website and need it to actually work — not just exist.
Why is your pricing lower than other agencies?
Two reasons. First, we're a small studio with no overhead — no Class-A office, no eight-person account team, no $40K Salesforce contract. Second, we're still building our portfolio, so we've priced aggressively to attract clients we can do incredible work for. This pricing will not be here forever.
What platforms do you build on?
Webflow, WordPress (with Elementor or a custom block theme), or Framer — your choice. We avoid Wix and Squarespace because they're harder to grow into. If you have a preference based on your existing setup, we'll match it.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to lock in your start date. 50% on launch. We invoice in USD via Stripe, ACH, or wire. International clients welcome — we work with businesses across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
What if I need more than a website?
After launch we can take on monthly SEO content, ad landing pages, email design, or a maintenance retainer. We'll only suggest these if they actually make sense for your business — we'd rather lose the upsell than push something you don't need.
Do you work with brand-new businesses?
Yes — but candidly, if you're pre-revenue we'll likely suggest you start on Squarespace or Wix for $20/month and come back to us when you're generating consistent leads. Spending $1,500 before you've validated demand is a bad use of your runway.
What if I hate it?
You won't — but if you do, that's why the 14-day money back exists. After the first design round, if you're not feeling it, we refund everything and walk away on good terms. Has happened exactly zero times so far, but the guarantee is real.
Where are you based?
Avoxan LLC is registered in Houston, Texas. We work with a small distributed team and partner specialists across design, development, and copywriting to deliver each project. All client communication runs through our Houston office.
How many revisions are included?
Two structured rounds on the design phase and two on the copy phase. We've found this is usually more than enough — most projects only use one and a half of each. If you need a third, we'll do it; we're not going to be petty about a small revision.
Do you handle copywriting in languages other than English?
We write in English. If you need a Spanish or French version of the site, we can wire up the translation system and route to a partner translator — typically adds $400–$700 depending on word count.
Can I see the site before launch?
You see it three times before launch: at strategy/wireframe sign-off (week 1), at design sign-off (week 2), and at staging-environment QA (week 3). Nothing goes live without your explicit approval.
Who owns the design and the code?
You do, the second the final invoice is paid. The Figma file, the source code, the hosting accounts — all yours, transferred to your control. We don't hold work hostage to keep clients.
